The Viable Youth for Good Governance (VYGG) with Reg.No CDD/USLG/3016/15. that have its leadership under the distinguish Comr Edewor Otighoarievwen, take out lessons from the Niger Republic Military 🪖 dethronement of Democracy to outline warning against routine for coup d'etat in Nigeria.

Reference to recent past invent during Sani Abacha Military Regime in Nigeria, prominent environmentalist and human right activist like, Ken Saro-wiwa and other's of Ogoni land were killed for demanding citizen's right. 

This is where Democracy was usurped, and remember Coup d'etat often leads to Unitary System of Government were the below features strive.

•Right of Majority are not considered not to talk of Minority.

•It promote totalitarianism, oligarchy or even autocracy in the running of the affairs of the state or country.

•Quick decision making.

•No representation of constituents.

•No freedom of expression and Association.

•Power is highly centralized.


•Power is concentrated into one single authority. 

Hence the association (VYGG) recommend and urge political office holder's and echelons to always live and practice strict adherence to Nigeria "written constitution" in order to avoid the trending coup d'etat across Africa.

  1. It's important for political stability that people avoid participating in or supporting coup d'états. They can lead to unrest and uncertainty. It's best for countries to resolve differences through democratic processes and dialogue.
