To the general female gender of Ughelli South,  it has been confirmed that upcoming rains will be heavier than what we have experienced so far in July and part of August with accompanying excruciating cold.
Papas and Mamas, let us go preventive than controls.

1. Do not sleep under the fan henceforth, do not sleep under the AC to avoid clogging of lipids in your aortal cycles that could lead to blocking of blood flows into and out of the heart. The result of which is ..... arrest (God forbid).

2. If you live on a tiled floor, always put on footwear (slippers) to avoid cold entering your body via the feet, and at bedtime, put on thick stockings till the day is warm enough because Humans by nature are poikeletomous.

3. Avoid cold drinks of any sort, go warm.

4. Do not leave your body(especially the chest region) bare because our body is porous and the hair strands attract cold waves.

5. Kainkain/ogogoro and cigarettes do not drive cold rather the smoke blocks your arteries inhibiting the flow of blood molecules.

6. Extend the same to our children, avoid red meat and saturated fatty foods.

The theme of the annual congress day 2023 was Nigeria @63;National Decadence and the need for value Rebirth, the event aim among others was the need to roles of the citizens and 21st poor value system in Nigeria. Wow you got a stomach of the gods... Now Blood Eagle is a Norse execution/torture... By the gods of Valhalla please hope these people can join you... Now the blood eagle, is slow and painful... First off think... And imagine your ankles.. And wrists are tied down then you hear a scraping sound.. Then you feel a knife filleting your back while you are awake...  The blade inch by inch cutting your skin off until your ribs show... Then you feel an axe chop into both left and right back ribs... But you dont scream... Because if you scream you wont be worthy to go into Valhalla... Then you feel fingers dig into the openings the axe left and the jarl pulls and breaks your back rib cage open...
