NIgeria Rural Youth Are Problems Mitigating Rural Society— Say's Comrade Edewor Otighoarievwen.

In a mood of thought, I notice the Youth of Nigeria who are learned are also big problem to societal development most especially in areas of "Positive Creativity" that tends to improve rural society.

Nigeria Rural Youth who are ELITES have failed in areas of engaging true thoughtful programmes that may be used in driven home positive development and changes even as they are aware of aggregation in society.

The reason of this publication is to tell our Learned Rural Youth who may have by chance to join one or more better association in course to drive home positive changes and development, to kindly devoid the culture *NEGLIGENCE.* They should redress their mind to know without people there's no society and the people have a lot to do in a given society.

Most learned Rural Youth has been mute to societal development issues and Good Governance Advocation by way of feeling too big, too learned, and too knowledgeable to participate in activities that will help the society grow in the right part. Such activities are;

• Purposeful Pressure,

• Community Affairs,

• Politics,

• Rendering Selfless Services and

• Enlightenment Events.

It's a failure to neglect the above mentioned activities in a given society because it doesn't help in areas of public relations having to tender public interest to representatives and the government of the day.

In order words, it's a big opportunity to have learned youth among people who indulge in the above mentioned activities in paragraph (4.) because it will creat a better avenue for them to exhibit, exhaust, deposit, and relate RURAL CHALLENGES to appropriate authorities.

However, I will not seize to crusade about POSITIVE CHANGE among Nigeria Rural Youth who are learned. They ought to be the hope of the people and mouthpiece of the people in different occasions but the revers is the case. They act for mere benefit purpose instead care about the societal wellbeing.

Nigeria Rural Youth who are learned are now more concerned about STOMACH IMFRASTUCTURE and focus on EXCUSES when excuses is not the best option.

Nigeria Rural Youth who are ECHELONS particularly from my region Ughelli South LGA of Delta State, should wake up to obligations and duties of citizens knowing citizen's right to involve in key programmes that can change the rural society positively.
