Warning Regarding the Assets of the Late Olorogun Barr. Kenneth O. Gbagi.


It has come to our attention that certain individuals are attempting to sell and mismanage the assets and properties of the late [Olorogun Barr. Kenneth O. Gbagi], who recently passed away. This notice is to inform the general public, potential buyers, and interested parties of the following:

1. Illegitimate Sales: Any assets, properties, or business interests of the late [Olorogun Barr. Kenneth O. Gbagi] currently being offered for sale are being sold without the proper legal authority.

2. Liability Warning: Any individual or entity purchasing or engaging in transactions involving the deceased’s assets from unauthorized parties will be held liable under the law. Such transactions are deemed illegal and void, and purchasers may face legal consequences, including financial loss and litigation.

3. Payment Instructions: Any payment for any of the deceased’s business transactions must be made to the accounts and business entities that were in existence before his demise on May 4, 2024. Payments made to any other accounts or entities will be considered invalid and subject to legal action.

 We urge the public to refrain from engaging in any unauthorized transactions related to the estate of [ Olorogun Barr. Kenneth O. Gbagi] to avoid legal repercussions.
