On a congratulatory note, the Executive and Member's of the esteem cogent existing NGO functioning in form of pressure group due to it aims and objectives (Viable Youth for Good Governance Reg.No. CDD/USLG/3016/15) earnestly CONGRATULATE Dr Lucky I. Avweromre the elected Executive Chairman and Hon Happy Mukoro the Vice Chairman of Ughelli South local Government Area.

On the same vein, the organization also in joy congratulate the Ughelli South 8th legislative member's of the council.

Comr Edewor Otighoarievwen who's the executive coordinator of Viable Youth for Good Governance has on behalf of the Member's and prominent organization office holder's encourage as in part of congratulations that; The Council Chairman Dr Lucky Avweromre should in his brilliant capacity rule as executive chairman and  the true nature of legislative functions, duties and proceedings be display for the good people of Ughelli South to see. 

Oh yes, there's no council where we have no legislative proceedings. In avoidance of recent happenings that may have been experience and obvious to all different classes of political participators, Ughelli South Executive Council Chairman should kindly constitutionally rule with principles of checks and balance ⚖️most especially "WRIT of MANDAMUS" in order to accord checks on the executive powers of the LG and put in reality the M.O.R.E. agenda of Rt.Hon.Eldr. Sheriff Francis Orowhedor Oborevwori, Governor Delta State.
